To Book Your Date:
Please complete the form below. As soon as we receive your information, we will call to confirm your event. Next, we mail two client agreements. These client agreements are to be filled out completely. Then, simply return one copy in the enclosed pre-paid envelope with at least a $50 deposit check or money order. If you would like to pay for your deposit or full payment with a credit card, you will find the link on the next page after submitting this form.
After we receive your information, we will contact you within a day or two to confirm your submission and go over the event details.
Please Note: We require a $50 deposit to reserve your date, which will be deducted from your remaining balance.
This is to be due 10 days after receiving your client agreements.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your event, but can be paid before your event.
Schools may pay in full if needed.
